Two Curved LED Screens for MallDova, Synchronized with Zero Delay
Each screen measures 3 metres wide by 2.5 metres high and consists of 30 flexible LED cabinets, each measuring 50 × 50 cm, arranged in six columns and five rows. Their flexibility allowed us to shape the screens as needed. During installation, we adjusted each cabinet to 0.5 on the system’s scale.
For MallDova shopping centre in Chișinău, we built two curved LED screens that work in sync. We connected them using network cables laid underground, so content plays on both screens at the same time with zero delay. Each screen is 3 metres wide and 2.5 metres high.
Each screen is made up of 30 flexible LED cabinets, measuring 50 × 50 cm, arranged in six columns and five rows. The cabinets’ flexibility allowed us to create the desired curve. During installation, we set each cabinet’s curvature to 0.5 on the system’s scale.
We also built the metal frame that supports the screens. It is fitted with compact industrial wheels designed to carry the weight of the full structure. We finished the frame with aluminium composite panels (ACP) for a clean, polished appearance.
