Who we are

pandor.md is run by Pandor Comp SRL, 1 Constantin Negruzzi Blvd, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. For any question about your details, write to pandor@pandor.md.

We handle your details under Moldova's Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.

What we collect

The only place this site collects personal details is the quote request form. Through it you send us your first and last name, email address, phone number, your message and, if you pressed the button on a service's page, the name of that service. With them we keep the wording of the agreement you ticked and the time you sent it.

To stop abuse, we keep for 24 hours an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address, email and phone a request came with. The details can't be read back from it; it only tells us that too many requests came from the same source.

If you don't fill in the form, we keep only anonymous visit statistics: which pages are opened, from which country and on what kind of device, and which site or search engine sent you here. They are counted by Vercel, the site's host, without cookies and without anything that could name you. The site has no accounts and does not follow you across other sites.

Why we use it

For one thing only: to answer your request and prepare a quote. The basis is your agreement, given by the tick under the form. We send no newsletters and use the details for nothing else.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for 12 months from the day they are sent, then deleted. If you become a client in the meantime, the details tied to the order are kept for as long as accounting law requires.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Requests are stored in a database hosted by Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). The site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers the request passes through on its way to the database.

Only the Pandor staff who handle quotes see the details. We don't sell them or pass them to other companies; they leave Pandor only when the law requires it.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own; the visit statistics work without them. The one exception is the Google map on the contact page, loaded from Google, which may set its own cookies under Google's policy. That you closed the cookie notice is remembered only in your browser.

Your rights

You can ask at any time what details we hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, or withdraw your agreement. Write to pandor@pandor.md and we reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with the reply, you can turn to the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (datepersonale.md).

Changes

If we change anything in how we handle details, we update this page and the date above.
