Vinyl Films

Since 2007, Pandor Comp has been an official representative of the brand in the region and has been supplying original Avery Dennison materials in Moldova.

Large-format printing is a digital technology for producing large-scale images on banners, films, canvas, and mesh. The technology is widely used for outdoor advertising, shop window displays, exhibition structures, and interior decoration.
We offer two main types of large-format printing:
- Outdoor (solvent) printing
- Indoor (eco-solvent) printing
Outdoor (solvent) printing
Designed for outdoor use, solvent printing provides high resistance to weather conditions, moisture, and exposure to sunlight.
Our outdoor advertising printing is produced using a large-format printer with a resolution of 360–720 dpi and a print width of up to 3.2 meters.
If required, we can produce images in non-standard sizes by joining multiple sections of material.

Indoor (eco-solvent) printing:
Provides high image quality and accurate color reproduction, making it ideal for indoor applications. Indoor printing is produced using our equipment with a print width of up to 1600 mm and a resolution of up to 1440 dpi.
Lamination of indoor prints
We also offer lamination — the application of a transparent protective film over the finished printed image.

Types of lamination:
Glossy film — makes colors brighter, richer, and more vibrant. It is suitable for high-impact advertising, but may create glare under strong lighting.
Matte film — eliminates glare, conceals minor scratches, and gives the image a deeper and more refined appearance. It is particularly suitable for text-based information.
UV Printing is a modern direct digital printing technology that uses special inks that instantly polymerize when exposed to ultraviolet light. During the printing process, the ink does not penetrate the material but forms a durable protective layer on its surface. This ensures high image detail, vibrant colors, and long-lasting finished products.

Laser cutting is a high-precision technology for cutting and processing materials using a focused laser beam.
The technology allows for the production of complex contours, fine details, and clean, precise cuts at high speed with minimal deviation.
Laser cutting is widely used in the production of outdoor and indoor advertising, 3D and pseudo-3D letters, promotional products, POS materials, decorative elements, and commercial space design.

CNC milling and routing is a mechanical material-processing method that uses a rotating cutting tool on computer numerical control (CNC) machines.
Unlike laser cutting, the milling cutter physically removes material, allowing not only through-cutting but also material removal to a specified depth (3D milling, grooves, and chamfers).
Materials processed:
Aluminum composite panels (Dibond, Alucobond):
Milling grooves for subsequent bending of boxes and casings. This is the primary method used for manufacturing façades and illuminated advertising structures.
Plastics (PVC, polystyrene, polycarbonate):
- High-speed cutting without scorching or discoloration of the edges.
Wood, plywood, MDF, particle board:
- Cutting of furniture components, creation of 3D reliefs, decorative grilles, and façades. Unlike laser cutting, the edges retain their natural color without charring.
Acrylic glass (Plexiglas):
- Production of transparent and thick-walled elements in various shapes. The edges require subsequent polishing, while the material remains free from internal stress.
Non-ferrous metals (aluminum, brass, copper):
- Manufacturing of signs, printing plates, equipment components, and technical elements.

Plotter cutting (cutter cutting) is a high-precision technology for contour-cutting graphics from roll materials according to a pre-prepared vector layout, using a specialized cutting blade.
Unlike laser and milling cutting, a plotter is primarily designed for processing thin materials, especially self-adhesive films. During cutting, only the top layer of the material is cut, while the backing remains intact.
The technology is widely used for outdoor advertising, branding, shop window and interior decoration, as well as the production of stickers and labels.

Types of Plotter Cutting
Contour Cutting — Kiss-Cut
- The blade cuts only through the film down to the backing layer. This method is used to produce applications, stickers, and labels.
Print & Cut
- A plotter equipped with an optical sensor reads registration marks on pre-printed material and cuts the image according to the specified contour.
- This method is suitable for materials printed using indoor or UV printing.
